ERIC AZ is a singer-songwriter, choreographer, dancer, writer and actor of West Indian descent, born and raised in Bronx, NY. From a young child, music, dance and visual art fueled Eric’s creative talent. Writing his first song at the of age 12, By 16, Eric was a soloist and member of “The Fruits Of The Spirit” Gospel Ensemble, performing in various iconic NYC spaces such as Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden and The Museum of Natural History.

Starting in 2014, with influences of Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson , Stevie Wonder , New Edition , Boyz II Men, Thundercat , Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey , Missy Elliott , Nicki Minaj , and his love of TV & Film, Eric began his journey into music, taking time to learn his sound, create his musical vibe, and hone his message of self love, self worth through powerful lyrics and thumping beats, blending the 90’s/2000’s nostalgic era of music in todays R&B/Pop musical landscape with a vibe all his own.

As of 2022, Eric released his debut record, ‘Make Me High” and is currently producing and releasing new music!
